What is the allocation of free consumption credits for us?

For the first time starting operations with us, we provide users with a 50 URC on successful creation of a studio account.

Do my render credits have an expiration date?

No, there is no expiration date.

Can I get the information of my consumption on a website?

Yes, the client's consumption usage is reflected directly on the web portal.

What payment methods are supported for credit purchases?

We adhere to global standards CC Avenue is facilitated, and for clients in India, UPI options will be also available.

How much time does it take to update the recharge amount and resume rendering?

Recharges reflect in real time on your wallet dashboard, triggering the commencement of all renders as and when submitted by any user logged in with an account verified.

Are there discounts available for long-term Render farm subscriptions or bulk rendering tasks?

Yes, customers can choose relevant plans and power packs based on bulk consumption, from our website that are best suited for their render volumes.

How can I access and retrieve my invoice?

All invoices by default are auto generated corresponding to each user account. One can access it in real time as per jobs submitted are completed.

How can I generate my consumption reports?

On the web portal, with an admin login, clients can generate reports using selected filters such as calendar period, sub-user account, and application usage.

What could be the reason if I am unable to purchase credit?

Clients can send immediate email to our back-end support with a red flag on account not getting topped up through the web portal.

What should I do if my GST number is not being accepted?

By default, the GST number of any user / studio organization will be requested as an opt in or opt out whilst the User account is being created. During the billing process the GST input credit is automatically reflected in the user invoice.
